《冶金政工研究》针对近年出现的“劳模难当”现象和劳模“光荣一阵子,受苦一辈子”的社会问题展开如何认识、对待劳模的讨论.这场讨论开展得及时,开展得好.劳动模范是我国社会主义两个文明建设的排头兵.劳模精神是时代们神的充分体现.“劳动模范”这一光荣称号和崇高荣誉,曾是战斗在社会主义建设各条战线上的人们人人向往,个个奋力追求的目标.然而,近些年劳模失去了昔日的魁力和辉煌,在有些地方、有些部门、有些企业劳模甚至成了一些人孤立、打击、冷嘲热讽的对象.为什么劳模这一闪光的光环会暗然失色?为什么劳模在一些人心目中的地位会突然下降?为什么劳模难当?究其原因十分复杂,在此我想从以下二个方面谈谈看法.
The Metallurgical Research on Politics and Metallurgy aims at understanding how to deal with the social problems of “model worker in trouble” and mold model “glory for a while and suffering all one’s life” in recent years .This discussion is carried out well in time and well. The vanguard of socialist civilization in our country is the embodiment of the spirit of model workers, and the glorious title and noble honor of “model workers” were all people longing for fighting on all fronts in socialist construction. However, in recent years the model workers have lost their former charm and glory, in some places, some departments and some enterprise model workers have even become the object of some people’s isolation, cracking down and cynicism. Why does the model worker suddenly fall in the minds of some people? Why is the model worker difficult? The reason is complicated. Here I would like to discuss the following two aspects.
