现代电信诈骗犯罪是以互联网为基础运用各种新兴技术工具,通过对受害人的说服性传播而达到诈骗目的的一种新型的诈骗犯罪模式,是信息社会所特有的犯罪现象。电信诈骗犯罪的高发态势随着通讯产品的飞速发展,网络、微博、微信等普及而不断呈现严重化趋势。任何一种犯罪事件的产生都不是由单一因素造成,而是由社会各方面因素综合引起。本文将基于说服性传播效果分析电信诈骗犯罪的说服性效果的产生过程与制约因素。
