目的对大籽蒿Artemisia sieversiana全草化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等分离方法,对大籽蒿乙醇浸提液醋酸乙酯萃取物化学成分进行分离纯化,依据理化性质及波谱数据分析鉴定结构。结果从大籽蒿醋酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为鹅掌楸树脂醇B二甲醚(1)、(3R,6R,7E)-3-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-9-one(2)、洋艾素(3)、异苦艾素(4)、安洋艾素(5)、badounoid B(6)、gnapholide(7)、洋艾内酯B(8)、11,10′,11′-表洋艾素(9)、龙脑葡萄糖苷(10)、10′,11′-表洋艾素(11)、2-甲基-2,3,4-三羟基-1,4-丁内酯(12)、3(Z)-己烯醇葡萄糖苷(13)、右旋肌醇甲醚(14)、黑麦草素(15)、desacetylmatricarin(16)、洋艾内酯A(17)。结论化合物2、4~8、10、12~17为首次从大籽蒿中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Artemisia sieversiana. Methods Silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents from ethyl acetate extract of ethanol extract of Artemisia selengensis. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Seventeen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Artemisia selengensis and identified as (Ⅱ), (3R, 6R, 7E) -3-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien (6), gnapholide (7), bilirubin B (8), norepinephrine (9) 11,10 ’, 11’-elemene (9), borneol glucoside (10), 10’, 11’-digoxin (11), 2-methyl- Hydroxy-1,4-butyrolactone (12), 3 (Z) -hexenol glucoside (13), dextran (14), ryegrass (15), desacetylmatricarin (16) Idolide A (17). Conclusion The compounds 2,4 ~ 8,10,12 ~ 17 were isolated from the seeds of Artemisia ordosica for the first time.
