家庭教育是对少年儿童教育的基础,它的成功与否会直接影响学校教育的效果。幼儿教育是整个教育阶段中最基础、最重要的,对于儿童的健康成长具有无可比拟的作用。加强家庭教育与学校教育的融合,双管齐下,搞好儿童教育工作是时代赋予的要求。本文针对外来务工人员这一特殊群体,分析解决其子女教育的现实意义,进而提出新时期建构家庭教育与学校教育新型协作模式的思路,促进其子女能平等、健康的成长。
Family education is the basis for children’s education, and its success will have a direct impact on the effectiveness of school education. Early childhood education is the most basic and important part of the whole education stage, and has an incomparable effect on the healthy growth of children. To strengthen the integration of family education and school education, a two-pronged approach should be put in place to improve children’s education. Based on the special group of migrant workers, this paper analyzes and solves the practical significance of their children’s education, and then puts forward the idea of constructing a new collaborative model of family education and school education in the new era to promote their children’s equality and healthy growth.
