在省科协、省冶金厅党组的领导下,江苏省金属学会按照第三届第四次理事会确定的“在深化改革的新形势下开拓前进”为目标的1988年工作计划,在各理事、学会所属各组织的共同努力和各方面的支持下,紧密围绕江苏省冶金工业总目标和省冶金厅目标管理纲要,继续开拓前进,充分发挥功能,积极开展了各项活动。1988年是江苏省金属学会在深化改革的新形势下继续开拓前进的一年。(一)1.坚持注重实效、提高活动质量、切实为生产服务的原则,积极组织了国际、国内学术交流。1.1 紧密围绕我省冶金工业生产,组织了14次学术交流活动。1988年4月6日至8日,配合省厅联合召开了全省第十一次冶金炉窑节能会议,针对我省能源紧缺的实际,
