吉林省第二实验学校校内名师工作室是以学校骨干教师名字命名的工作室,现有校内教学名师工作室33个(含中学:语文、数学、英语、物理、化学、政治、历史、地理、生物等学科;小学:语文、数学、英语等学科;中小学:音乐、体育、美术、信息技术等学科),校内德育班主任名师工作室10个。工作室注重团队研修,每学期开展主题教研与主题发表,逐步建立了以主动发展为主旨的履职机制,以专业引领为先导的对话机制,以课堂观察为重点的研究机制,以叙事研究为特征的反思机制,以专业成长为目标
