利用特效植物营养素(SPNE)分别喷施迟菜心2次、1次,用清水喷施作对照,首次探讨喷施次数对迟菜心当代淀粉酶活力与产量的影响。将喷施SPNE 2次和对照的种子进行了分析,研究了SPNE的表观遗传效应对后代幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)活力的影响。结果表明,SPNE喷施增城迟菜心后,淀粉酶活力显著提高,迟菜心产量大幅度提高,且随着喷施次数增加,两者对应增加,喷施2次的比喷施1次的高,喷施1次的比对照高,相关分析结果表明,淀粉酶活力与迟菜心产量呈正相关。SPNE喷施迟菜心2次后种子也比对照大幅增产,种子千粒重增加,发芽势显著增加,种子后代活力增强。幼苗的叶面积更大,根系更发达,POD活力极显著提高,抗逆性增强,长势更佳。同时,进一步探讨了SPNE在迟菜心后代的表观遗传效应产生机理。
The effects of spraying times on the activity and yield of amylase in the late stage of cabbage were investigated for the first time by spraying SPC twice with SPHN. The seeds of SPNE 2 and control were analyzed and the effects of epigenetic effects of SPNE on the peroxidase (POD) activity of seedlings were studied. The results showed that the activity of amylase was significantly increased after SPNE was sprayed on Zengcheng cabbage and the yield of Zikin was significantly increased. With the increase of spraying times, the two increased correspondingly, spraying twice twice High, spraying 1 times higher than the control, the correlation analysis showed that amylase activity was positively correlated with the yield of latecrops. After SPNE was sprayed twice, the seed yield was also significantly increased compared with that of the control, the seed weight was increased, the germination potential was significantly increased, and the viability of the seed progeny was enhanced. Larger leaf area of seedlings, more developed roots, POD significantly increased vitality, increased resistance, growing better. At the same time, the mechanism of epigenetic effect of SPNE on the progeny of late semen of Centipede was further explored.
