对门诊处方实行规范化管理是有利于提高医疗质量,确保给病人安全用药的有效措施之一。本院在实施处方规范化管理以前出现的偏差较多。在1990年1月我院对门诊处方实行规范化管理,制订了质控标准,对门诊处方有了严格的要求,使医疗质量有了进一步提高。现将本院实行门诊处方规范化管理前后情况报道如下。 1 材料和方法 1.1 门诊处方质控标准的制订 (1)用计分法管理共设3个项目,满分为15分。 ①一般项目包括姓名、性别、年龄、日期、单位(或住址)、医师签名、配方人签字(单独值班必须签全名)、核对人签名。少1项扣1分,此项满分为4分。
Standardized management of outpatient prescriptions is one of the effective measures to help improve the quality of medical care and ensure safe administration to patients. There are many deviations before the implementation of standardized prescription management in this hospital. In January 1990, our hospital standardized the management of outpatient prescriptions, formulated quality control standards, imposed strict requirements on outpatient prescriptions, and further improved medical quality. The situation before and after the standardized management of outpatient prescriptions in this hospital is reported as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Formulation of quality control standards for outpatient prescriptions (1) There are 3 items to be scored with the score management method, with a score of 15 points. 1 General items include name, gender, age, date, unit (or address), signature of the physician, signature of the formulae (full name must be signed by the individual), and signature of the verification person. One less deduction of 1 point, this perfect score of 4 points.
