高血压病是国内外普遍存在的疾病,严重地威胁着人类的健康。在治疗高血压病的领域内,药物仍然占有重要的地位。确实能使高血压病患者的症状减轻,能控制或防止小动脉症的后果以及预防动脉硬化的进展。近3—5年来,有了飞跃的发展,科学家不仅致力于对原有药物化学结构的改造,而且还寻觅了一些不同作用类型的治疗高血压的新药物。从而对临床家用药物治疗高血压病时提供了更好的条件。兹将主要的几种新药物介绍如下:
