目的了解源汇区2012年法定传染病流行特征和趋势,为制定传染病防治对策和措施提供科学依据。方法用描述流行病学方法对源汇区2012年疾病监测信息报告管理系统报告的法定传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果共报告乙丙类传染病16种,发病总数1 551例,死亡2例,无甲类传染病发生。发病率为484.69/10万,与2011年(2 498例)相比发病率下降了37.91%;乙类传染病发病总数1 018例,发病率为318.13/10万,与2011年(1 671例)相比发病率下降了39.08%。丙类发病总数533例,发病率为166.56/10万,与2011年(827例)相比,发病率下降了35.55%。乙类传染病居于前三位的是乙肝、肺结核、丙肝;丙类传染病居于前三位的是手足口病、其他感染性腹泻病、流行性腮腺炎。结论针对乙肝、肺结核、手足口病、其他感染性腹泻等重点病种,以及农民、学生等重点人群,应不断加强监测,有针对性的采取切实有效的防控措施,控制源汇区法定传染病的发病率。
