我们在对甘肃省甘南藏族自治州和临夏回族自治州中小学教师队伍调研时发现 ,教师是影响民族贫困地区教育存在和发展的关键因素 ,而中小学教师继续教育是解决制约民族贫苦地区教育发展的瓶颈。因此 ,本文旨在构建民族贫困地区中小学教师继续教育的模式 ,以促进民族贫困地区中小学教师继续教育工作的发展
When we surveyed teachers in primary and secondary schools in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province and Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, we found that teachers are the key factors that influence the existence and development of education in ethnic poverty-stricken areas. However, continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers is the bottleneck in the development of education in poor areas. . Therefore, this paper aims to build a model of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic poverty-stricken areas so as to promote the development of primary and secondary school teachers’ continuing education in ethnic poverty-stricken areas
