采用微波萃取方法提取了土壤中的84种多氯联苯和12种有机氯农药等持久性有机污染物,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC/MS)进行分析,通过正交试验确定最佳萃取条件,并与索氏提取方法进行对照。结果表明,萃取剂为正已烷/丙酮(1:1,V:V),最佳萃取温度为120℃、萃取时间为30min,此条件下土壤中多氯联苯和有机氯农药的萃取回收率分别为91%和88%。而且微波萃取方法具有简便、快速的特点。
A total of 84 PCBs, 12 organochlorine pesticides and other persistent organic pollutants were extracted by microwave extraction and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC / MS) Good extraction conditions, and compared with the soxhlet extraction method.
