由于有机注浆材料的粘度、固结后的强度等参数难以用相似材料直接模拟,很少采用相似材料模拟实验直接研究巷道围岩注浆加固系统。为了在实验室研究巷道围岩特定赋存状态下的注浆固结规律,设计制造了保证注浆结合体粘结试验的注浆模具和可调注浆压力的注浆泵为主构成的注浆加固模拟试验系统,为今后类似实验室研究提供一种切实可行的新实验手段。
Because of the viscosity of the organic grouting material, the strength after consolidation and other parameters are difficult to simulate directly with similar materials, it is seldom to use the similar material simulation experiment to directly study the grouting reinforcement system of surrounding rock. In order to study the grouting and consolidation of the surrounding rock in the laboratory, the grouting mold with grouting test and the grouting pump with adjustable grouting pressure are designed and manufactured. Slurry reinforcement simulation test system for future similar laboratory research to provide a viable new experimental means.
