中国财政学会中青年财政理论研究会和《管理世界》杂志编辑部最近联合邀请国家计委投资研究所、财政部财政科学研究所、国家统计局投资司等单位的中青年同志,就政府投资与企业投资的关系问题进行座谈.主要讨论了以下两个问题:一、政府投资是否应当从生产性投资领域中退出?一种意见认为,财政应当从生产性投资领域退出,因而政府投资在生产性投资领域中的比重应当是下降趋势.理由是:
