BACKGROUND: The factors of affecting health of familypatients include not only traditional biological factors but alsopsychological, social factors, which is different from hospital in di-agnosis. The hospital generally emphasizes physical diseases ofnursing diagnosis. Helping community patients by social supportingsystem is beneficial to patients rehabilitation.
