近日,笔者参加了某企业一个车间的安全生产会。会上,车间主任宣布了调整后的安全组织“网络”。某副主任兼管整个车间安全工作,某工艺技术员为车间“兼职安全员”,各班组长同时兼任各班组的安全员。开始有几个班长不愿干,经劝说,他们笑纳了。开完会,笔者心里沉甸甸的。虽说这个车间的安全组织“网络”挺健全,人员却都是“兼职”的。而且把安全员当做一种“名誉职务”推来让去,也是一种极不严肃的态度。 Recently, I participated in a workshop safety production company.
