当今,幼儿的健康发展已经成为社会和家长们关注的焦点,强化幼儿园的管理体制,能有效促使幼儿的健康成长。教师作为管理幼儿园的主体,其作用非常关键。管理者应充分调动幼儿教师工作的积极主动性,体现教师的主体地位,以促进幼儿园的整体发展。从幼儿园管理工作现状着手,重点分析了突出教师管理主体地位的问题。
Today, the healthy development of young children has become the focus of society and parents. Strengthening the management system of kindergartens can effectively promote the healthy growth of young children. Teachers as the main management kindergarten, its role is crucial. Managers should fully mobilize the initiative of kindergarten teachers to reflect the dominant position of teachers in order to promote the overall development of kindergartens. Starting from the current situation of kindergarten management, the paper focuses on the issue of highlighting the status of teacher management.
