在市场经济大潮中,医院要顺应形势,主动适应市场经济的变化规律,必须不断地提高社会效益和经济效益,走“优质、高效、低耗、发展”之路。要实现这个目标,关键靠科学管理。因此,加强医院内涵建设,提高科学管理水平,是新形势下医院发展的重要途径。现将我们的做法介绍如下。1 选好、用好中层职能科室管理人员是搞好医院管理的基础 管理的核心是人的管理。医院领导不可能直接对所有职工进行管理,故选好、用好中层管理人员非常重要。特别对医院职能科室,要加强重点管理,配备精干人员,形成“抓职能科室,带临床医技,促医院发展”的良好局面。职能科室管理人员是医院决策者的“眼睛”和“手”,各种信息的收集处理,上传下达均靠他们去完成。近年来,我院在加强对临床人才培养的同时,积极培养职能科室管理人员,采取多种措施鼓励其自学,参加各种医院管理培训班及学术会议,在外出进修方面为他们提供方便。我们采用定期考核、加任务、提要求、压担子的方法,在加强培

To achieve this goal, the key lies in scientific management. Therefore, strengthening the connotation construction of hospitals and improving the scientific management level are important ways for the development of hospitals in the new situation. Now we introduce our approach as follows. 1 Choosing and using middle-level functional department managers is the foundation for good hospital management The core of management is human management. It is impossible for hospital leaders to directly manage all employees. Therefore, it is very important to select and use middle managers. Especially for hospital functional departments, it is necessary to strengthen key management, equipping elite personnel, and form a good situation of “grasping the functional departments, bringing clinical medical technology, and promoting hospital development”. Functional department managers are the “eyes” and “hands” of hospital decision makers. All kinds of information are collected and processed, and upload and release are performed by them. In recent years, while strengthening the training of clinical personnel, our institute has actively cultivated functional department managers, adopted various measures to encourage self-study, participated in various hospital management training courses and academic conferences, and provided them with convenience in going out for further study.
