探讨黄芪保心汤对实验性急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)水平及心肌细胞形态学的影响。 5 6只大白鼠随机分为假手术组、模型对照组、黄芪保心汤组、复方丹参滴丸组 4组 ,测定并比较各组心肌MDA、SOD水平及观察组织形态学改变。结果 :黄芪保心汤组与模型对照组比较 ,能显著降低心肌组织MDA含量 (P <0 0 1) ,复方丹参滴丸与模型组比较无显著差别(P >0 0 5 ) ;黄芪保心汤组、复方丹参滴丸组与模型组比较 ,心肌组织SOD水平均显著升高 (P <0 0 5 )。光学及电子显微镜下观察 ,黄芪保心汤组和复方丹参滴丸组无明显的充血水肿 ,线立体结构保护完整。提示以益气活血祛痰化浊为主的黄芪保心汤能有效提高缺血心肌的抗氧化能力 ,保护心肌缺血损伤。
To investigate the effects of Huangqi Baoxin Decoction on myocardial malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and myocardial cell morphology in experimental acute myocardial ischemia rats. Five six rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model control group, Huangqi Baoxin Decoction group, and Compound Danshen Dripping Pills group. The levels of myocardial MDA and SOD were measured and compared, and histological changes were observed. Results: Compared with the model control group, the Huangqi Baoxin Decoction group can significantly reduce the content of MDA in myocardial tissue (P < 0.01). There is no significant difference between the compound Danshen Dripping Pill and the model group (P > 0 05); Compared with the model group, the SOD level in the myocardial tissue was significantly higher in the Tang group and the Compound Danshen Dripping Pill group (P < 0.05). Observed under the optical and electron microscope, there was no obvious congestion and edema in the Huangqi Baoxin decoction group and compound Danshen dripping pill group, and the three-dimensional structure of the line was intact. It is suggested that Huangqi Baoxin Decoction, which mainly consists of replenishing Qi, activating blood stasis and phlegm, can effectively improve the anti-oxidation ability of ischemic myocardium and protect myocardial ischemic injury.
