目的 探讨健康人发光二极管 (LED)诱发的视觉诱发电位 (F FEP)的特点及在评估鞍区肿瘤视功能中的作用。方法 采用全视野LED眼罩式刺激器获得F VEP。结果 30例健康人F VEP波幅大、易记录。对 2 1例鞍区肿瘤进行检测发现术前不同视力、视野之间与F VEP的类型密切相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 F VEP对于评估鞍区肿瘤视功能有一定指导作用
Objective To investigate the characteristics of visual evoked potential (F FEP) induced by light emitting diode (LED) in healthy volunteers and its role in assessing the visual function of tumors in the sellar region. Methods Full-field LED eye mask stimulators were used to obtain F VEP. Results F VEP amplitude of 30 healthy people, easy to record. Twenty-one cases of sellar tumors were found to be closely related to the type of F VEP (P <0.01) between preoperative visual acuity and visual field. Conclusion F VEP can guide the visual function of the sellar region of the tumor
