早在公元前328年亚里士多德就指出:“人在本质上是社会性的动物,那些生来就缺乏社会性的个体,要么比人低级,要么就是超人。”从这层意义上来讲,任何一个人类个体要想成功地在社会中生存,必须要接受社会化教育,而学校正好承载了对个体进行社会化教育的功能。一言以蔽之,学校教育的目的就是要帮助青少年为将来成为一个自主的社会人作好准备。要使青少年成为一个社会人并能自主,就必须在他们的敬重心、责任心、社会性和生活力等方面加以培养。(1)敬重心的教育。所谓“敬重”就是指尊重他人。美国著名的人本主义心理学家罗杰斯对“尊重”进行过精辟的阐述,
