虽然已是4月中旬,楼市的小阳春却迟迟未到,整个房地产市场弥漫着强烈的观望情绪。据中国指数研究院最新发布的数据显示,3月百城住宅均价及环比涨幅连续3个月收窄,一线城市中,广州房价由涨转跌,其他城市涨幅均明显缩小。此外,54个城市3月签约住宅量同比跌三成,其中二线城市跌近五成。从成交量来看,中原地产研究中心最新数据显示,3月54城市签约住宅合计20.9万套,接近今年1月成交量,但同比则出现了大幅下调,下调幅度达到了33.5%。其中,二线城市跌幅最大达到了47.5%,一线城市跌幅也达到了40.4%。
