一、瞳孔不同症的鉴别诊断表中所谓瞳孔不同症系指一眼瞳孔异常而产生的不同症。确定诊断时还需参考其他改变。生理状态下左右瞳孔径差不超过1.5mm,明暗处两眼差一样不变。
