With the rapid development of Internet economy, e-commerce (EC), as an important part of Internet economy, will play an increasingly important role in the new economy. By the end of 1999, the total volume of the global B-B transaction reached 1,450 billion U.S. dollars and is expected to reach 7.29 trillion U.S. dollars in 2004. There are currently 40,000 commercial websites in our country and have grown by an average of two every day. So far, there are over 700 online stores. Facts show that the current e-commerce has become a new economic growth point, no doubt, EC will become the future of trade development. However, just as the prospect of public websites is worrying, the situation that the EC now encounters in China is not optimistic. How to promote the development of EC in China. So that it can contribute to the growth of China’s economy? The development of EC in China is an irreversible trend. It is of crucial importance to properly handle the relationship between the EC, the government, traditional businesses and ideas and concepts. How to deal with these three major relations, the experts have their own distinct views.
