蒙古族是我国东北主要少数民族之一,有其独特的生活方式、风俗习惯、遗传背景,这使得蒙古族人与汉族人在多种疾病的发生及发展情况不尽相同。蒙古族是中国高血压发病率较高的几个少数民族之一。2002年全国调查显示,我国18岁及以上居民的高血压患病率为18.8%,而最近一项较大型的研究显示,蒙古族人群的高血压患病率可达40.21%,而知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别为22.38%、21.52%1、5.04%,其发病差异与性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒、体质量指数、腰臀比、代谢综合征、生活习俗以及遗传因素均有关系。
Mongolian is one of the major ethnic minorities in northeast China. Its unique life style, customs and genetic background make Mongolian and Han different in occurrence and development of various diseases. Mongolian is one of the few ethnic minorities with a high incidence of hypertension in China. The national survey in 2002 showed that the prevalence rate of hypertension in our country was 18.8% for residents aged 18 and over. A relatively large recent study showed that the prevalence of hypertension in Mongolian population was 40.21%, while the awareness rate, The rates of treatment and control were 22.38%, 21.52% and 1.5.04%, respectively. The incidence of the disease was related to gender, age, smoking, alcohol consumption, body mass index, waist-hip ratio, metabolic syndrome, lifestyle and genetic factors.
