从平颏海蛇(Lapemis hardwickii)蛇毒中分离并纯化得到胰蛋白酶抑制剂。用咬皿法从活蛇收集到的蛇毒,经Sephadex G-75柱(2.1X93cm)凝胶过滤。得到5个组分;S-IS-Ⅱ,S-Ⅲ,S-Ⅳ,S-Ⅴ。其中S-Ⅴ组分为胰蛋白酶抑制剂,比活力为784单位/mg蛋白,是粗毒的16.9倍。在pH4.3,用浓度为15%(重量/体积)的聚丙烯酰胺的连续凝胶进行电泳时,它呈现单一的带。S-Ⅴ组分冻干后重27mg,占蛇毒总量的1.94%。
Trypsin inhibitor was isolated and purified from venom of Lapemis hardwickii. Snake venom collected from live snakes using a bite dish method was gel filtered through a Sephadex G-75 column (2.1 × 93 cm). Get five components; S-IS-Ⅱ, S-Ⅲ, S-Ⅳ, S-Ⅴ. S-Ⅴ component of which is a trypsin inhibitor, the specific activity of 784 units / mg protein, 16.9 times the virulence. It exhibits a single band when run on a continuous gel of polyacrylamide at a concentration of 15% (w / v) at pH 4.3. S-V components after freeze-dried weight 27mg, accounting for 1.94% of the total snake venom.
