河南石油勘探局井楼油田浅丛式井具有油层埋藏深度浅、井斜、油稠及粘度大的特点,给常规有杆泵采油带来较大的困难。但经研究改进的普遍游梁式抽油机——抽油泵装置及其配套技术,可以实现浅层丛式井的稠油开采需要。其配套工具主要有:稠油斜井泵、热力采油封隔器、抽油杆滚轮接箍、抽油杆减震器和抽油杆防脱器等。现场试验证明,新研究改进的采油工艺配套技术达到了设计要求,能减少抽油杆柱的摩擦力,保证下冲程时光杆与驴头的同步运动;实现了不动管柱转抽和注汽的要求;设计的斜井泵可用于井斜45°以上的丛式井开采,泵效较高。
The shallow-cluster wells in Weilou Oilfield of Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau have the characteristics of shallow burial depth, well deviation, thick oil viscosity and large viscosity, which brings great difficulties to conventional rod pump oil production. However, the research and improvement of the universal beam pumping unit - pumping device and its supporting technology, can achieve shallow cluster wells heavy oil production needs. Its supporting tools are: heavy oil inclined well pump, thermal oil packer, sucker rod roller coupling, sucker rod absorber sucker rod and so on. The field test proves that the new research improved oil recovery technology meets the design requirements, which can reduce the friction of the sucker rod column and ensure the synchronized movement of sucker rod and donkey head under the down stroke. The design of the inclined well pump can be used for drilling wells with a well inclination of more than 45 °, with high pump efficiency.
