Chairman Mao Zedong, chairman of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, Chairman of the Central People’s Government Mao Zedong, member of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau and secretary of the Secretariat, Premier Zhou Enlai of the Central People’s Government and Guo Moruo, vice premier of the State Council, came to Changchun City on his way back from the Soviet Union.
