立井液压滑模筑壁于1974年在潘集冻结试验井和潘一主井冻结段进行工业性试验,滑升183米,取得了成功。1975年在潘一副井进行扩大试验,滑升193米,实现了滑模筑壁与井底工作面预注浆平行作业。近年来,在淮南、淮北、邯邢、丰沛、开滦、兖州等矿区的30个井筒中推广应用,滑升超过6000米,对滑模装置、滑升工艺及控制方法进行了一系列的改进。1978年在鲍店北风井试验成功了“外滑”工艺,为滑模筑壁与掘进平行作业提供了有利条件。1979年在潘二西风井试验成功了滑升自控和自调平装置,基本上实现了滑模水平上升,滑模盘中心偏差进一步缩小,井壁质量更有
