【目的】探讨子宫内膜异位早期种植的相关基因,特别是与早期种植相关的血管生长基因。【方法】采用裸鼠人子宫内膜皮下种植的方法,建立裸鼠人子宫内膜异位症模型,在种植后14d,取出成模病灶与未种植内膜进行CSC-GE-80基因芯片筛查比较。【结果】在基因表达谱中最有显著性上调基因50个,最有显著性下调基因47个,包括生长因子和细胞因子及其受体的变化,其中生长因子受体结合蛋白10(growth factor receptor-bound protein10,Grb10)与丁酸盐反应因子1(butyrate response factor 1)中表皮生长因子(EGF-response factor 1)上调明显,下调明显胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白7(insulin-like growth factor binding protein 7)。【结论】通过基因筛查我们初步考虑生长因子结合蛋白10(growth factor receptor-bound protein 10)有可能参与早期异位内膜的血管生长。
【Objective】 To investigate the genes involved in early implantation of endometriosis, especially the vascular growth genes related to early planting. 【Methods】 Human nude mice model of endometriosis was established by subcutaneous implantation of human endometrium in nude mice. On the 14th day after implantation, the lesions of the model and the endometrium were removed for CSC-GE-80 gene chip screening Check comparison. 【Results】 The most significant up-regulated genes in the gene expression profile were 50, the most significant down-regulated genes 47, including growth factors and cytokines and their receptors changes, including growth factor receptor binding protein 10 (growth factor receptor-bound protein10, Grb10) and butyrate response factor 1 (EGFR-1) were significantly upregulated, downregulation of insulin-like growth factor binding protein 7 protein 7). 【Conclusion】 Through gene screening, we initially considered that growth factor receptor-bound protein 10 may participate in the growth of early ectopic endometrium.
