近年来,基于视频、微波检测原理的车辆检测器被广泛应用于采集车流量、车辆平均速度、时间占有率等交通流参数,为交通信号控制、交通信息发布、交通诱导等交通管理系统提供数据支撑。国家推荐性标准《交通信息采集微波交通流检测器》(GB/T 20609)及《交通信息采集视频车辆检测器》(GB/T 24726)分别对微波、视频车辆检测器的技术要求和测试方法提出要求,但标准中缺少可行的操作方法导致测试效率不高等问题。为解决此类问题,本文提出改进的测试方法,提高GB/T 20609、GB/T 24726标准关于车流量、平均速度指标的测试能力和效率。
In recent years, vehicle detectors based on the principle of video and microwave detection are widely used in traffic flow parameters such as traffic volume, vehicle average speed and time occupancy, and provide data for traffic management such as traffic signal control, traffic information release and traffic guidance support. Technical requirements and test methods for microwave and video vehicle detectors by national recommended standards “traffic information collection microwave traffic flow detector” (GB / T 20609) and “traffic information collection video vehicle detector” (GB / T 24726) Put forward requirements, but the standard lack of feasible methods of operation led to the test efficiency is not high and so on. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes an improved test method to improve the test capability and efficiency of GB / T 20609 and GB / T 24726 standards on traffic flow and average speed index.
