香港自古以来就同内地血肉相连,唇齿相依。早在建国初期,中央就确定了对香港“长期打算,充分利用”的方针,取得了很大的成功。特别是党的十一届三中全会以来,内地同香港的贸易大幅度增长,从香港引进了一批资金、技术和人才。到目前为止,内地对香港出口商品总额(含对港出口和转口)占我国出口商品总额的1/3;通过香港引进外资额占我国引进外资总额的2/3;港商直接到内地办企业数量占我国中外合资企业、外商独资企业总数的80%。
Since ancient times, Hong Kong has been linked to the flesh and blood of the Mainland and has become dependent on each other. As early as the early days of the founding of New China, the Central Government determined the principle of “making long-term plans and making full use of Hong Kong” and achieved great success. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee in particular, the trade between the Mainland and Hong Kong has increased substantially and a number of funds, technologies and talents have been introduced from Hong Kong. So far, the total amount of Mainland exports to Hong Kong (including exports to and re-exports to Hong Kong) has accounted for one-third of the total exports of our country; the introduction of foreign investment through Hong Kong has accounted for two thirds of the total amount of foreign investment in our country; Hong Kong businessmen have directly gone to the mainland-run enterprises The number of Chinese-foreign joint ventures accounted for 80% of the total number of wholly foreign-owned enterprises.
