本文主要介绍场效应管弧焊逆变器的工艺试验结果与分析.通过非熔化极氩弧焊方法对不锈钢、硅钢片、铜的大量工艺试验表明,这种高效省料轻巧的新型电子弧焊电源具有引弧容易、电弧稳定性好、焊缝成型美观、无噪声等优良的工艺性能,而且在进一步减轻重量、节省材料和简化制造工艺等方面,也大大优于晶体管弧焊逆变器和晶闸管弧焊逆变器,从而为它今后的推广应用展示了宽广的前景.
