Correct unhealthy lifestyles Despite the variety of patterns of people’s lives, there are more than two categories from a health perspective: one for health and the other for health. Such as poor eating habits, mental stress, smoking, alcohol, do not love sports, are unhealthy lifestyles. The resulting diseases are collectively referred to as lifestyle diseases. Not long ago, some WHO claimed: “By about 2015, the causes of death in developed and developing countries are about the same, and lifestyle diseases will become the world’s number one killer.” This reminder is by no means a real worry. Taking coronary heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases as an example, currently only 13,000 people are killed each year in developed countries, accounting for 50% of the total deaths; in developing countries it is 7.2 million, accounting for 45% of the total number of deaths.
