目的:分析不同产地三丫苦中无机元素的含量差异。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Cu和Zn,用石墨炉法测定Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni、As和Hg。结果:所有样品中Zn的含量最高,Cu、Pb、Ni、Cr、As、Cd和Hg的含量次之。火焰法测定Cu和Zn的加样回收率为96.1%~98.3%,利用石墨炉法测定Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni、As和Hg的加样回收率为96.4%~98.5%,精密度均小于4.74%。结论:不同产地三丫苦中无机元素的含量差异无显著性。
Objective: To analyze the content difference of inorganic elements in San Ya bittern in different habitats. Methods: Cu and Zn were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and Pb, Cd, Cr, Ni, As and Hg were determined by graphite furnace method. Results: The highest content of Zn in all the samples, followed by the content of Cu, Pb, Ni, Cr, As, Cd and Hg. The recoveries of Cu and Zn by flame method were 96.1% ~ 98.3%. The recoveries of Pb, Cd, Cr, Ni, As and Hg by graphite furnace method were 96.4% ~ 98.5% 4.74%. Conclusion: There is no significant difference in the content of inorganic elements in San Ya bittern in different areas.
