中学阶段的德育工作,对提高中学生综合素质有着重要的作用。当前我国中学阶段德育教育还没有得到应有的重视,德育教学不理想。在德育教育中实施人文关怀与心理疏导,能够培养学生的自尊与自信,是助力学生成长成才的重要手段。教师在德育教育中应引导出良好的心理疏导环境,注重关怀,强调学生的个性发展,合理疏导,引导学生主动进行参与,形成合力教学,扩展网络教育,培养学生健康全面发展。
Moral education in secondary school plays an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of middle school students. At present, moral education in secondary school in our country has not received the attention it deserves, and moral education is not ideal. Implementing humane care and psychological counseling in moral education can cultivate students’ self-esteem and self-confidence, which is an important means to help students grow and develop. Teachers should lead a good psychological counseling environment in moral education, pay attention to care, emphasize individual development of students, guide students rationally, guide students to take the initiative to participate in, form joint teaching, expand online education and cultivate healthy and comprehensive development of students.
