我们学校抓德育工作,有两个指导思想:一是系统思想。我们认为,德智体美劳是一个有机整体,研究德育,就是要研究各育的最佳结合;实施德育,就是一个各育整体推进的过程。二是求实思想。要提高德育实效,就要重视德育的实施,德育过程要讲究切实、扎实、落实。 依据以上思考,经过近几年的实践,我们构建起自己的德育工作框架,初步形成了自己的德育工作操作模式。工作框架中,我们规划了德育工作系统的主要支撑构件;操作模式中,我们设计了实施过程的措施要点。概括起来叫做“五为主”。就是通过建立德育工作常规,实现学校德育工作的规范化、有序化。 构件之一:德育队伍,主操作班主任。 措施要点:两提高——提高班主任的地位,提高班主任的德育操作技能。
