患者,女,17岁。于1978年5月28日13时自服为治疗量二十二倍的异烟肼20克(200片),即被发觉,送往医院。于来院途中呕吐二次,主要是食物和少许异烟肼,随之抽搐两次,经针刺稍缓解,以后意识出现障碍。体查血压110/70mmHg,脉搏130次/分,重危病容,神志不清,大汗,间有烦躁和强直性痉挛,反复发作,颜面口唇发绀,瞳孔散大,对光反射迟钝,两肺呼吸音粗糙,可闻及干湿性罗音,心率130次/分,律齐,心尖区全心音低钝,未闻及器质性杂音,腹部无异常,神经系各种反射未引出。血常规:白细胞11900,中性84%,淋巴16%,红细胞425万,血色素13克。抢救措施即吸氧,用温水反复洗胃后,胃管注入硫酸镁30克,为制止严重抽搐给予肌注盐酸氯丙嗪、盐酸异丙嗪各25mg,在两小时
