目的:调查四川省某市综合医院情绪智力、应对方式和护士职业形象的现状,并分析护士情绪智力、应对方式与护士职业形象的相关性。方法 :采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取四川省某市12所综合医院519名临床护士,应用护士职业形象认知量表、情绪智力量表和简易应对方式量表进行横断面调查。结果 :情绪智力量表得分最高的维度是自我情绪评估(15.44±2.40)分;应对方式得分最高的维度是积极应对方式(2.01±0.46)分;“有道德良心”是护士感知最强的形象(4.53±0.53),“受尊敬的专业”是护士最期望的职业形象(4.46±0.78)。情绪智力水平、应对方式与护士职业形象呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 :护理管理者应积极采取有效措施提高护士职业形象,进而提高护士对自我情绪的控制和积极应对能力,提高护理质量。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of emotional intelligence, coping style and occupational image of nurses in a general hospital in a certain city of Sichuan Province, and to analyze the correlation between nurses’ emotional intelligence, coping style and occupational image of nurses. Methods: By stratified cluster sampling, 519 clinical nurses from 12 general hospitals in a certain city of Sichuan Province were selected for cross-sectional survey using the occupational cognitive cognitive scale, emotional intelligence scale and simple coping style scale. Results: The highest score of Emotional Intelligence Scale was self-assessment of emotion (15.44 ± 2.40), the highest score of coping style was positive (2.01 ± 0.46), and “moral conscience” was the most perceptive of nurses (4.53 ± 0.53), “” respected professional "is the most expected professional image nurses (4.46 ± 0.78). Emotional intelligence, coping style and occupational image of nurses were positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing managers should take effective measures to improve the occupational image of nurses, so as to improve nurses’ ability to control and positively cope with their own emotions and improve nursing quality.
