高职院校餐厅文化建设是校园文化建设的重要组成部分,特色鲜明且关系到广大师生的切身利益,影响到学校的稳定与发展。本文结合高职院校餐厅工作实际,从餐厅文化的内涵、外延出发,对新时期高职院校餐厅文化建设进行探讨。
The construction of restaurant culture in higher vocational colleges is an important part of the construction of campus culture. It has distinct characteristics and concerns the vital interests of teachers and students and affects the stability and development of the school. Based on the actual work of restaurant in higher vocational colleges, this article starts with the connotation and extension of restaurant culture, and discusses the restaurant culture construction in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
