邮政业是现代服务业的重要组成部分,在促进国民经济和社会发展、保障公民基本通信权利等方面,发挥着十分重要的作用。本文针对目前学术界对邮政业运行效率欠缺的现象,提出新的研究思路和政策建议--把邮政业从交通运输业、仓储业和邮政业中分离出来。通过运用数据包络分析模型(DEA),构建评价我国邮政业运行效率的指标评价体系,并通过实例进行了测算,最后为促进邮政业又好又快的发展,使其更好地适应经济社会发展和人民生活需要,结合我国邮政业的实际情况,给出了结论分析和政策建议。
The postal service industry is an important part of the modern service industry and plays an important role in promoting national economic and social development and safeguarding citizens’ basic communications rights. In view of the current lack of efficiency of the postal service in academia, this paper proposes new research ideas and policy recommendations - separating the postal service from the transportation, warehousing and postal industries. Through the use of data envelopment analysis model (DEA), this paper constructs an index evaluation system to evaluate the operational efficiency of China’s postal industry. Finally, in order to promote the sound and rapid development of the postal industry and make it better adapted to the economic society Development and the needs of people’s life, combined with the actual situation of China’s postal industry, gives a conclusion analysis and policy recommendations.
