以飞机脉动式装配线为研究对象,分析了脉动式装配线的基本特征,明确了构建飞机脉动式装配线的实施条件。从飞机脉动式装配线设计、建设和运行规范化的角度,研究了脉动式装配线设计、建设和运行有关的数据收集与分析要求、工艺优化与平衡要求、设备布局与模拟要求和安装调试与运行要求。
Taking the aircraft pulsatile assembly line as the research object, the basic characteristics of the pulsatile assembly line are analyzed, and the implementation conditions of constructing the pulsatile assembly line of the aircraft are clarified. From the perspective of the design, construction and operation of aircraft pulsatile assembly line, the requirements of data collection and analysis, process optimization and balance, equipment layout and simulation, installation, commissioning and operation requirements of pulsatile assembly line design, construction and operation are studied.
