从厚朴树的自然落叶中提取总酚化合物,以粗提物为材料,测定其对10种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性,同时在盆栽和大田条件下用粗提物对棉苗立枯病、小麦白粉病和蚕豆赤斑病进行防治试验。结果证明:粗提物对供试的10种真菌都有很强的抑制作用;盆栽和大田试验均显示出较好的防治效果。经分离、纯化和鉴定,粗提物中的抑菌物质为厚朴酚及和厚朴酚。通过对比试验,发现2种酚类物质在对植物病原真菌的抑菌活性方面无显著差异。
The total phenolic compounds were extracted from the natural deciduous trees of Magnolia officinalis. The crude extracts were used as materials to determine their antibacterial activities against 10 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi. At the same time, Wheat powdery mildew and broad bean red spot prevention and control test. The results showed that the crude extract had a strong inhibitory effect on the ten fungi tested. Potted and field experiments showed good control effect. After isolation, purification and identification, the antibacterial substances in crude extract were honokiol and honokiol. Through the comparative test, it was found that no significant difference was observed in the antibacterial activities of the two phenolic compounds against phytopathogenic fungi.
