目的 :制备 3H- 2 - Δ9-十七碳烯 - 6甲氧基对苯醌。方法 :应用 Moran等人的方法将化合物吸附在载体材料 (玻璃棉 )上、置真空曝射瓶内。通入氚气、辉光放电、电子束激发氚气分子撞击化合物反应 ,氚原子结合到化合物分子中 ,经柱层析分离纯化。结果 :产物的比放射性 2 .0× 10 - 2 GBq/ mg,放射化学纯度 99.97%。本品避光保存在有机溶剂中 3个月放射化学纯度为 92 .4%。讨论 :本法与 wilgbach法比较氧气用量小 ,反应时间短 ,化合物的辐射分解少和比放射性高。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare 3H-2-Δ9-heptadecene-6 methoxybenzoquinone. Methods: The compound was adsorbed on a carrier material (glass wool) using the method of Moran et al. And placed in a vacuum exposure flask. Tritium gas is introduced, glow discharge, tritium gas molecules excited by the electron beam hit the compound reaction, tritium atoms incorporated into the compound molecules, purified by column chromatography. Results: The specific activity of the product was 2.0 × 10 -2 GBq / mg and the radiochemical purity was 99.97%. This product is protected from light in the organic solvent 3 months radiochemical purity of 92.4%. Discussion: This method compared with the wilgbach method oxygen consumption is small, the reaction time is short, the compound less radiation decomposition and high radioactivity.
