检查596例7~8岁小儿,查明初期龋和发展期龋,为预测龋病的发展,评定口腔卫生指数,乳酸杆菌值,唾液粘度;测定釉质抗酸力和再矿化力。对小儿进行第1次临床和实验室检查以后,间隔12月和24月评定初龋和龋失牙指数(КПУ)的变化。观察2年,得出下列结果:①小儿口腔卫生指数1~3和3.1~5,龋损害有很大差别(P<0.05)。原来卫生指数1~3者,КПУ从0.44±0.05增加到
596 children aged 7 to 8 years were examined to identify the initial caries and developmental caries. To predict the development of dental caries, oral health index, lactobacillus and saliva viscosity were measured; and the acid resistance and remineralization power of enamel were measured. After the first clinical and laboratory examinations in children, changes in primary caries and carious dental decay index (КПУ) were assessed at intervals of December and 24 months. Observed for 2 years, the following results were obtained: ① Pediatric oral hygiene index 1 ~ 3 and 3.1 ~ 5, carious lesions are very different (P <0.05).
