2月2日,中国人民银行与中国银行业监督管理委员会发布了一则重大决定,在不实施楼房“限购”措施的城市,对于首次购买普通住房的家庭,原则上最低首付款降低至25%,各地可向下浮动5个百分点;而已经拥有一套住房的家庭,即便贷款尚未结清,为改善生活再次申请商业性个人住房贷款,最低首付款比例将调整至不低于30%。
On February 2, the People’s Bank of China and the China Banking Regulatory Commission issued a major decision. In cities that do not implement building “purchase ” measures, the minimum down payment for households who purchase ordinary houses for the first time is reduced to 25%, floating down around 5 percentage points around; and already have a home for a family, even if the loan has not been settled, to re-apply for commercial life to improve their personal housing loans, the minimum down payment will be adjusted to not less than 30% .
