用不同体积浓度生化出水对玉米进行水培试验,测定了处理后的玉米根尖细胞微核率、玉米幼苗抗氧化酶活性、活性氧水平以及氧化产物含量,目的在于探讨生化出水的生态风险性,并为其生物监控指标的确定提供一定的理论依据.结果表明,生化出水处理后,玉米根尖细胞微核率显著上升,玉米幼苗叶片中H2O2、PCO和MDA的含量明显增加,POD和CAT的活性升高,而SOD的活性却降低.这一结果提示,经过处理后的焦化废水其中污染物含量大幅降低,但其生态风险依然存在,这可能与植物体内自由基水平的升高有关.
