应用型本科院校外国语言文学类人才培养面临新机遇、新挑战,人才培养模式的创新是顺应时代发展的需要。笔者提出了外国语言文学类创新人才的理念,并结合应用型本科院校的实际,提出创新人才的培养新模式,以期为我国“一带一路”的新战略提供人才支撑。
The cultivation of foreign language and literature talents in applied undergraduate colleges is faced with new opportunities and new challenges. The innovation of personnel training mode is in line with the needs of the development of the times. The author puts forward the concept of innovative talents in foreign languages and literature and puts forward a new mode of cultivating innovative talents based on the actual conditions of applied undergraduate colleges so as to provide personnel support for the new strategy of “One Belt and One Road” in our country.
