目的观察联合应用血必净治疗重症肺炎的疗效。方法选取2012年4月-2015年6月医院收治的重症肺炎患者88例,所有患者按用药指征分为对照组40例与治疗组48例,对照组给予呼吸支持、化痰、脏器功能保护、营养支持及合并症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中成药血必净,观察临床症状、炎症指标(CRP、PCT)及动脉血气分析变化。结果治疗组的临床症状、炎症指标及血脉血氧合指数较对照组好转更早更快。结论联合应用血必净治疗重症肺炎能取得更好疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of combined application of Xuebijing in treating severe pneumonia. Methods Eighty-eight patients with severe pneumonia admitted from April 2012 to June 2015 in our hospital were enrolled. All patients were divided into control group (n = 40) and treatment group (n = 48) according to drug indications. The control group was given respiratory support, phlegm, Protection, nutritional support and complications. The treatment group was given Xuebijing, a Chinese medicine, on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptoms, inflammatory parameters (CRP, PCT) and arterial blood gas analysis were observed. Results The clinical symptoms, inflammation index and blood oxygenation index in the treatment group were earlier and faster than those in the control group. Conclusion The combination of Xuebijing treatment of severe pneumonia can achieve better efficacy.
