The hottest spot in China’s summer is Turpan. In July, the average temperature was 33°C. It was called “Fire Island” and the extreme maximum temperature there reached 49.6°C. This is the highest temperature in the existing meteorological records in China. At noon in summer, the surface temperature is generally above 70°C, and the highest temperature has reached 82.3°C. The egg was placed in the hot sand and cooked for a while. For the hot climate in this area, the Tang Dynasty poet Ceng has vividly portrayed: “The volcanic peaks of the Chitingkou, the volcano can be thick in May. The fire cloud is full. Tianke did not open and the birds did not dare to come.“ The language of poetry is the most refined. The repetition of words is a taboo for writing poetry. Of course, this poet is clear. Probably this zone is indeed hot and hot. This made him use four ”fire" words in his four sentence quatrains. Why is Turpan so hot? There are several reasons for this. First of all. The Turpan Basin is low-lying and obstructed. There is less cloud over the basin, and the solar radiation is strong. After the air is warmed by the heat, it is not easy to cool the heat.
